All intellectual property displayed on this website, including but not limited to trademarks, graphics, images, copyright material, website layout, and design, is owned by RoseSkinco UK or our content suppliers.

Any disputes relating to RoseSkinco UK shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Orders

If, after placing an order, we become aware of any delays in shipping beyond the stated timeframe or if an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Pricing

Product prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout once your delivery address is entered.

Promotional Codes

1. RoseSkinco UK Discount Codes (“Code”)

A “Code” refers to any promotional offer that provides a discount, whether issued via the RoseSkinco UK website, social media, affiliate partners, or influencers.

2. Code Terms and Conditions

  • RoseSkinco UK reserves the right to amend or cancel any Code at any time without notice.

  • Codes cannot be used in conjunction with Express Shipping or any other promotional offer.

  • Codes are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated.

  • If items purchased using a Code are returned, the discount value will be deducted from the refund.

  • Codes are valid only on transactions over $100.

  • Codes apply exclusively to the Lumi™ IPL Laser Hair Removal Handset.

  • RoseSkinco UK reserves the right to void transactions where prohibited by law.

Risk

Risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Your Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all contact and delivery information provided is accurate. If you provide another person’s details, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Important Returns Notice

Please do not return any product before contacting us. We cannot guarantee the processing of a refund if you return a product without prior authorization.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

RoseSkinco UK offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on selected products. This guarantee applies only to the Lumi IPL Hair Removal Handset.

All other RoseSkinco products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Please refer to the Warranty section below for details.

Warranty

RoseSkinco products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by loss, misuse, accidents, alterations, unauthorized servicing, use with non-approved accessories, or conditions beyond normal use.

Please note:

  • Only defective IPL handsets are eligible for replacement.

  • The warranty covers the device only.

  • Any additional costs, including shipping, customs duties, or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a warranty claim, please contact help@roseskin.co.uk. Our customer service team will assist you promptly.

Cancellations & Returns

We do not offer cancellations or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, you may return your RoseSkinco product within 1 working day of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact customer service at help@roseskin.co.uk to obtain return authorization.

Returns must:

  • Be securely packaged with the return address clearly displayed

  • Be sent using a tracked delivery service

RoseSkinco UK is not responsible for lost, damaged, or destroyed returns. Returns may take up to 15 working days to process after dispatch. Refunds are issued within 1–3 working days after the return is received.

All returns are subject to a USD $75 restocking fee.

If your product arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us immediately at help@roseskin.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement.

The RoseSkinco UK Cancellation & Return Policy applies only to the Lumi IPL Hair Removal Handset.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery and the item is returned to our warehouse, a USD $75 restocking fee plus any additional shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

If the parcel is lost, damaged, or destroyed during return transit, no refund will be issued.

IPL Treatment Disclaimer

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) is a non-radiating light technology that targets melanin in hair follicles by converting light energy into heat.

Some users may experience mild redness, swelling, or temporary darkened spots following treatment. These effects typically subside within a few days.

We recommend:

  • Applying a high-quality moisturizer after each treatment

  • Using a high-SPF sunscreen when outdoors

Always consult a medical professional before use if you are unsure whether IPL is suitable for you. Individuals with epilepsy should not use this product, as IPL emits a bright flash.

Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise. RoseSkinco UK has no control over customs inspections, import duties, or taxes imposed by destination countries.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs charges, which may also cause delivery delays. We recommend checking with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.
